Musee at 525 Adelaide St. W is in the heart of Toronto’s Entertainment District boasting some of the best walking, biking, and transit scores in the city. Just minutes from the downtown core, King West is a neighbourhood with an array of venues, restaurants and shops to enjoy. In short, it has a lot to offer! Here are seven notable things within 15 minutes of Musee.

1. Delicious Local Eats

Just steps away from both the King St. and Queen St. corridors, there are a vast assortment of restaurants for you to experience. King West is about more than just the big chains; from cute cafés, local breweries, vegan brunches, and international cuisine offerings, there’s always something new to try.

Key team favourites include: Campechano, Jimmy’s Coffee and Ascari.

2. Explore Graffiti Alley

Considered to be one of the most underrated spots in all of Toronto, Graffiti Alley is a great part of an evening walk, and even a photoshoot or two. Spanning across several city blocks, this exhibit highlights work from some of the city’s most renowned street artists. If you ever need a dose of inspiration or escapism, Graffiti Alley is the place to go!

3. Spend Some Time at Stackt Market

Your one-stop shop for boutiques, restaurants, patios, music, and events, Stackt Market has it all. Earning Designline’s 2020 Public Space of the Year award, you’ll fall in love with the energy of this modern marketplace. Whether you’re stopping by for a drink after work, or spending a Saturday evening with your friends, there’s always something exciting going on at Stackt Market.

4. Parks and Greenspaces

You’ll find many amazing parks within a 15 minute walk of Musee. Whether you’re taking your four-legged friend on a walk, or meeting your friend for a picnic, there is always greenspace just around the corner. This neighborhood is truly one of a kind in downtown Toronto for its offering of parkspace.

Local parks include Trinity Bellwoods, Stanley Park, Grange Park, Alexandra Park, and Victoria Memorial Square.

5. Endless Transit Options

Just steps away from the King St. 504 streetcar and the Bathurst 511 route, transportation is a breeze. Just a six minute ride from King and Bay, commuting to work will never be easier. Not to mention, Union Station is only 15 minutes away! If you’d prefer to drive, easy access to the Gardiner Expressway makes for stress-free escapes from the city. Although, you may never need a car in King West, especially with the vast network of bike lanes and pedestrian friendly streets right at your front door.

6. The Best of Toronto Nightlife
