She leverages her exceptional interpersonal skills to develop Key’s client base and our sense of purpose-driven community, to enhance interaction and idea exchange, and to provide 6-star service to owner-residents and property investors.

Prior to Key, Brianna excelled as a Corporate Travel Agent at Flight Centre Travel Group, coordinating intricate travel arrangements and handling sensitive information with the utmost professionalism. At the Toronto Marriott Bloor Yorkville Hotel, she streamlined operations as a Guest Service Agent, ensuring high customer satisfaction through efficient service. Earlier, as a Customer Service Team Lead at Old Navy, Brianna demonstrated her leadership in addressing customer inquiries and upholding service excellence. 

A graduate of George Brown College, Brianna has a passion for travel, food and hiking.
